Our Lifestyle Dimensions Health Coaches provide high-quality, personalized coaching dedicated to the individual needs of all Members – regardless of their health and risk status. Whereas typical wellness programs primarily manage program participants living with chronic disease, Lifestyle-for-Life offers health coaching to all health stratifications, from people living with chronic disease to those with newly diagnosed health conditions. Our Lifestyle Dimensions Health Coaches partner with Members to establish attainable goals, while removing barriers to meet those goals.

This 2-step process includes a Lifestyle-for-Life Panel – a 38 executive lab panel – completed on or offsite, at our Members’ convenience; and a Lifestyle Health Risk Assessment to identify any medical conditions or risk factors. All of this helps to prevent progression of chronic conditions and to establish health goals in partnership with the Member.

Our Lifestyle Dimensions Health Coaches help remove any challenges to ensure healthy living, while providing the necessary solutions for Members to make positive lifestyle changes for life. Making lifestyle changes is easier with social and community support! Our Lifestyle Champion Program drives healthy competition and workplace program engagement. Your dedicated Lifestyle-for-Life Program Manager organizes unique workplace challenges, encouraging program participation at every level of your organization. Easy Access

Our Lifestyle-for-Life Mobile App gives Members access to expanded health resources wherever they are. Integrated with more than 19 different wearable devices, including Fitbit and Apple Watch, the Lifestyle-for-Life Mobile Application provides additional resources to Members regarding nutrition, daily steps taken, barcode scanning for calorie and carb counts of grocery items and information on daily exercise patterns. With the Member's permission, information entered into the mobile app can be easily transmitted to their dedicated Lifestyle Dimensions Health Coach.
